Force92

U11 season, the combined De Anza Force 92G Blue has won 12 tournaments, three fall league titles, two Norcal Soccer Premier championships, a Super Y League Pacific Northern California Section championship and a championship at US Club National Cup. We are a U15 team, with a roster consisting of talented 2010 and 2011 players—almost all of whom hope to play soccer at the collegiate level. Virtually all of our players have been involved in ODP (State and SYL National).

Back-to-Back State Cup Finalist • In the 2007 State Cup, De Anza Force 92G Blue once again proved why we are one of the top teams in our age group in Cal-North. We won all six of our games leading up to the final. We were also State Cup finalists in 2006.

Top Tournaments • De Anza Force 92G Blue is regularly accepted to the top tournaments where college age players get seen and recruited. Over the past two years, we have played at the US Club Nationals (champions!), twice at Surf Cup and most recently in the elite Mustang Stampede Red Bull League. In March 2008 the team played at the Las Vegas Showcase tournament and reached the finals after a semi-final victory over national powerhouse FC Arsenal from Southern California. End of May the team attended the Texas Shootout College Showcase in Houston and beat the D'feeters from Texas, the #5 team in the U.S.

The reputation of both the Force 92G Blue team and the Force soccer club has already helped attract the interest from several college coaches.

Coaching Staff • Force 92G Blue is coached by Shawn Medved, a former professional MLS soccer player who also played on the US National Team. Assistant Coaches are Ty Blair and Jay Gomez.
